Working with Suzy both on the purchase of our lovely new home and the rental of our former home was a wonderful experience. Suzy is a “hand’s on” agent who is willing to roll up her sleeves to find you the perfect home, regardless of location. Some agents wait for you to spot a house on MLS and then take you to see it; Suzy finds you a house and takes you to see it. Suzy does the research for you. She educated us on the desirable streets to live on in each of the neighbourhoods we selected, provided us with school district information as well as the names and ranking of the schools, kept us up to date with new listings. Suzy made herself available to us for viewings and until we found the house we ultimately bought. This wasn’t an easy process! Multiple bidding settings seemed to be the norm but we got through it successfully. We are satisfied customers and would not hesitate to recommend Suzy as an agent.
